MARK COLACIOPPO, PRESIDENT
Mark Colacioppo, a graduate of the School of Management
at Binghamton University in 1994 started his career
at Publishers Clearing House where he managed magazine
and merchandise programs totaling over $100,000,000
in sales annually. His first web marketing experience
was in 1996 where he was responsible for launching the
merchandise side of PCH.com. In mid 1999 he worked as
VP of Marketing at Network60 where he developed numerous
highly trafficked and profitable web properties including
OneStopWinning which was sold to About.com in 2000.
After Network60 was acquired, Mark went on to start
internet marketing firm Hot Rocket Marketing Inc. which
was acquired by Traffix in early 2005. While part of
Traffix, Mark’s team oversaw media buying for Traffix
and built the RocketProfit into a substantial player
in the affiliate marketing space. 
JOSEPH FREVOLA, VICE PRESIDENT ONLINE MARKETING
Vice President Joseph Frevola began his career in direct
marketing at Publishers Clearing House in 1998 where
he was quickly promoted to Senior Manager of the Planning
and Forecasting Department. Joseph supervised this group
for three years, as it forecasted the quantities sold
for all merchandise and magazines promoted during that
time period and provided research/recommendations for
pricing and placement of products to be offered in offline
mailings, as well as online campaigns for PCH.com. In
2003, he co-founded online marketing firm Clockwork
Advertising, which was purchased in 2005 by Hot Rocket
Marketing and subsequently acquired by publicly traded
Traffix, Inc. As EVP of Online Marketing in Traffix’
Hot Rocket Marketing division, Joseph was responsible
for their online media buying and helped to launch RocketProfit.com
and develop it into one of the industry’s leading affiliate
networks. 
MATT GATELY, VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Also an alumni of Publishers Clearing House, Matt Gately
served a variety of roles in the direct mail division of PCH,
including Testing and Analysis, Contest and Promotion Development,
Strategic Prospecting, New Ventures and ultimately overseeing
the entire marketing budget for the critical Customer Merchandise
program responsible for two-thirds of company profit. In 1999,
Matt joined the small team of hand selected employees in the
relaunch of PCH.com. Matt initiated the first third party
advertising programs to PCH.com which quickly grew to account
for the majority of revenues and profit for the independently
operated start-up, and was subsequently responsible for establishing
and executing all media buying for the site.
In 2006, Matt joined eMusic, the #1 site for independent
music, as Senior Director for Online Marketing and in
addition to spearheading their online media buying efforts,
was also responsible for developing several new partnerships
which helped generate significant incremental profit
that are still in place today. Matt graduated St. John’s
University in 1990 with an MBA in Marketing Management
and as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international
honor society for business. 
KEITH KOPINSKI, AVP SEARCH MARKETING
Keith Kopinski graduated from Florida State University
with a degree in Economics. Keith began his career in
direct and online marketing in 1997 at Publishers Clearing
House. Keith was an initial member of the Online Division
of PCH where he produced their first major online initiative
and build-out. Keith was Senior Manager and Executive
Producer of PCH.com when they were spun from Publishers
Clearing House as a separate business. In 2001 Keith
started a consultancy advising new businesses on Search
Marketing (SEM), SEO, Interface Usability, E-mail Marketing
and Internet Commerce. In 2006 Keith consulted for Hot
Rocket Marketing specializing in Search and Affiliate
Marketing. 
CLIFF RESNICK. DIRECTOR E-COMMERCE
As AVP of Marketing at Publishers Clearing House, Cliff
Resnick managed a number of different areas including
Marketing Analysis, Magazine Marketing Operations and
Planning, Database Marketing, Merchandise Marketing
as well as PCH's earliest online marketing initiatives
including its launch on Prodigy. In 1999, he co-founded
the Online Marketing and E-Commerce firm, Thanksmuch.com
which was subsequently acquired by Traffix in 2001.
As COO, Cliff managed the company's operations, customer
service and fulfillment areas and continued to oversee
e-commerce for the Thanksmuch division in addition to
new responsibilities in the financial controls area
of SendTraffic, Traffix’ Search Marketing division.
Cliff graduated from Syracuse University with an MBA
in Marketing and Binghamton University with a Bachelor's
Degree in Psychology.
